Ke Iki is not using powdery pectins.
We are extracting the pectin from the pericarp of citrus fruits that abundantly grown in Okinawa.

Ke Iki is not using following food additives.

*Polysaccharide thickeners
*Powdery pectins
*Flavors
*Preservative

Ke Iki is using fruits that ripen into full maturity.

The sugar concentration of a ripe fruit is high, so granulated sugar is added the minimum extent.
