When you already reserved the airline ticke.
  1. Reservation is accepted from 3 month before by this form.
  2. Please fill out and submit the following form.
  3. After we check the availability, we will inform you the tentative reservation by mail.
  4. Please inform us when you reserve airline ticket, and check in time.
  5. When you inform the airline reservation, your room will be confirmed.
  6. We will send back confirmation e-mail.
